Why are we cutting layers yet Accounting has 19 layers of management? Half of whom are Toxic. BH written all over the walls there. Time is up!!! Not sorry.

They need to layoff all the SR Mgrs along with BH , SM and many others CLOWNS. Sooooooooo top heavy it’s laughable.
You mean the ‘Apache way’ for the Callon assets didn’t work out? What a joke. Finally reckoning has arrived but sadly it’s impacted the wrong people.
Not only management layers, Callon acquisition didn’t pay off, neither Egypt “modernization”, and all the “technical excellence”, just borrowed terms from consultants… to justify the bad decisions at the top.
I’m sure she’s using her annual ‘wait till after year-end’ then ‘10k’ then ‘annual report’ and before you know it; 10Q’ time again and ‘Auditors’. It’s been going on for decades.
