People who deemed themselves as fully remote are being pressured out by many different tactics. We all know about the inability to get a promotion, raise or move to a different position. In order to motivate remote works to quit, and avoid paying any severance, they have given them new account sets back in August. The new accounts sets are largely made up of accounts that have no history of buying anything. Therefore hurting them in 2 ways. 1) They don't make quota so they don't get commission. Eventually, only making base pay will motivate the remote worker to quit. 2) If they don't make quota they can be put on a performance improvement plan, which allows Dell to fire them without severance. In the meantime, each and every day there is some new KPO, you have to make a certain amount of calls, a certain amount of quotes, if you don't the powers that be are watching and you'll be on the chopping block. Yet, we're already on the chopping block, they've told us that in several different ways. It was a terrible mistake coming to work for Dell.
