VPs and Senior Directors are parasites at Cargill. Just a layer of bureaucracy overseeing vast teams and leaders reporting to them. Still, they bring consultants or outsource work because they don’t know or don’t trust it all. Shameless. Total Waste
Executives make millions to create strategy. There is zero justification for bringing in consultants to do their job for them.

Spot on. The LT carelessness spending millions outsourcing what they are supposed to do. Meanwhile, nearly 10000 employees laid off without a care as there are more millions to be spent towards redirecting that work to their connections, while appearing to save the company.
Actually, we should blame both the LT for stupid idea of not having a better idea than hiring Consultants, and blame the Consultants for stupid ideas.
