seems like all the employees do at my local Wally World is do the shopping for the people who are too lazy to shop for themselves (I.E. online grocery). There are literally no employees or king in any service dept. WTF.

First, this has nothing to do with mods. Think of how much time it takes to do price changes and how often they are inaccurate at the registers. Second, CSMs went away years ago. Shows how in-tune you are.

Get ready for the sh-tshow. Walmart is slowly moving to automation. This push will mostly do away with Mod Teams and will introduce new extremes. Their goal is to make it so there is only a CSM and stockers employed not including their kool aid drinking management

Everyone, literally everyone, is going to auto update. It’s all over the place in CA. Just wait, it’ll hit your gas station probably before Walmart rolls it out. And whatever date Walmart gives, add 24 months.
