On 1/23/25, they laid off several PSCs, CTMs, and RIFd a director. When and who will be the next? Have you heard of any restructuring? How huge will be the reorg? Will they replace Home and Community/Navi with UHC reviewers? Will there be Home and Community left?

Are you anticipating more lay offs under Navi / Home and Community? Anyone heard anything?
I think it's a good move. Used to be under ECS prior to the acquisition. Can't speak to additional RIF, they have they're own reviewers yes, but they work in other lines of business.
What are your thoughts on this move under ECS pillar? They said business as usual for preservice. Do you anticipate more RIF since ECS has their own existing reviewers? Again, they said “not aware of any anticipated RIF”
Have heard that preservice is going back to Optum and that PACM at Optum is going to be under Enterprise Clinical Services instead of Home and Community.
Someone said they use an outsourcing company to run the randomized RIF lists looking at salary, tenure, etc when doing RIFs but no one really knows and I presume finance would be the dept but I know ppl in finance & they say nothing so idk for sure.
Wow that’s more than I thought. Curious to know if there was system or criteria who gets RIF’d? Could it be performance based? Salary? Seniority? I know one was a producer so it is mind boggling and does not help with my anxiety.
I heard 9-12 PSCs, 6 weekday CTMs, 3 weekend CTMs, 1 director… I’m losing track, not sure if there’s more?

I have heard rumors that Home & Community will no longer exist after 2026.
I have started looking at job listings for related positions and they all call for RNs only. It’s disheartening for us therapists…
Seems to be getting slowly dismantled.
I don’t see a future with this company. Came from NaviHealth as an SICC and everything that I see is they are just planning on wiping us out. I am going to bide my time until I find something else. Anyone know any other utilization management companies hiring therapists? Please share if you do. Thank you.
