The company has been performing poorly because of poor direction from the CEO. The product is very poor and the QA done is laughable at best. The Services Org VP is too busy setting up Mexico office and siglehandedly drove his organization into disarray. He fired people in his org on a group meeting call, such an insensitive a$$hole. Would it be fine if employees submitted resignations during customer meetings?
