There have been two ominous indicators something is going on, so far twice this year SED has been hit and was hit near end of last year 2024. They offered people 55 or older to take a buyout, not enough took that deal so it was forced on many, many had been here for 10, 20 even 30 years. Many were not prepared but it happened anyway. Then in 2025 near the end of January more SED people terminated, people that have been with HTA like over 7 or more years were let go. Japanese companies tend to be more loyal this way, but right now it feels scary, they are starting to act more American. Intel lost money and backed out of key deals, I'm thinking this contributed to the terminations.

Next 14 People in IT were cut off, 11 the week before bonus time. They have lost the trust of many, trust is hard gained and easy to lose. This cannibalism has tarnished their image. Its like your spouse cheated and expects you to just live with it and forget it happened.
