I work in HR, I don't know the masterplan, but I know about WFR. This target on hybrid sales and remote sales is a myth.
Dell are slimming down, it's no secret, those affected by WFR are mixed hybrid and remote. This has not been a factor in any decision through my office.
There are more cuts coming next week, this is very small and those affected knew last month, some stepped forward for it.
Again I don't know of any masterplan, but there is no conspiracy. Relax.
