I have applied for numerous positions at KM where I meet or exceed the qualifications listed and have gotten the automated response that they are looking for someone who more closely matches the qualifications of the job listed. I have good contacts within the company and was by all accounts a good employee but my applications keep getting rejected and reposted.
Anyone have any info on this?
