Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Lyons

I hope Lyons reads this page like FrankServ does. But instead of being vindictive like Frankie, he sees opportunities to improve the problems we post about. Time will tell

Frank does read the page, he even mentioned it in one of his town halls when he was rambling on about McDonalds

@ay+1jjrr2d2r the great resignation hasn't even begun yet. Don't be a gold fish.

2 years ago, the market was red hot. Then Elon bought Twitter.

Elon has a 30% approval rating now. Everything that glitters is not gold. Hot sh-t turns to sh-t quick when sh-t hits the fan. There is going to be a social revolution that nobody can cover up at some point soon if they think just being regressive is ok. Don't shoot the messenger who can see past the noise.

@as+1jjrr2d2r JUST QUIT ALREADY. You don’t want to work for Fiserv and have already checked out. Just do yourself a favor and leave. It’s not worth it to stay.

@as+1jjrr2d2r

Why wait? It is not like your team is going to come back or stop being checked out.

We cannot get anything accomplished at all with the brain and talent drain.

We're effectively cutting ourselves off at the knees and for what? Bonus for the suite?

Lyons needs to see this place for what is is and turn the tide away from what Frank and KKR continually are destroying.

I guarantee that the entire csuite visits this board from time to time. They’re aware of the issues but the demand from Wall Street to hit quarterly goals and a few bad apples working multiple remote jobs caused the strict demands we see today. The job market is in their favor as well as the days of The Great Resignation are long gone.

Well if any C suite people see this please for the love of god make a change. My team has had multiple people quit this past month and the rest of us are checked all the way out. If this doesn’t change within the next month or two I’m out as well. We need flexibility or else we will hemorrhage the rest of the people who care to work. This is not the 80’s or 90’s. I want to stay but with the job market opening up, I can’t think of a single reason to stay. My job takes months to train. This is not a joke I want to be a productive employee…help me.

Any CEO reports to thr board. Unless the board changes, how can anything else?

Agreed. It’s much harder to win back benefits once they’ve successfully been stripped.

I feel the damage is done and nothing will change IMO. FB set the bar and really made it a toxic company

If he can turn Fiserv around, he should be commissioner of SSA
