Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Elon Musk Quote on American Manufacturing

Elon Musk said the reason Japanese auto makers beat American auto makers was because Japanese auto makers had one manager managing 8 workers and American manufacturers had eight managers managing one worker.

Sounds just like the way Boeing does it. Seven managers managing every worker.

Musk is right!!!

For my engineering group, there is multi levels of management above us. You can't even count the number of management levels on one hand. There is absolutely no need at Boeing for all these bozo managers.

What does Boeing need eight levels of management for HR?? I have witness Boeing HR with their attitude put young engineers off about even wanting to work at Boeing. Boeing should layoff 100% of the entire HR Department.

Same goes for Ethics Department. Multi levels of ethics managers. Boeing does not need an Ethics Department because everyone knows that Boeing does not even practice ethics themselves.

Video: Boeing Seeking FAA Exemption For 737 MAX 7 & MAX 10 deatҺtгaps

https://simpleflying.com/video/video-boeing-seeking-faa-exemption-for-737-max-7-max-10/

It’s not a great look for Boeing (of all companies) to be asking its aviation safety regulator for an exemption to its Max deatҺtгaps.
But that seems to be the case with Boeing's tone deatҺ mսrdeгous management.

Boeing’s 2024 results bring six-year losses to $36bn,
as CEO eyes ‘selling-off more of the failing companies portfolio’
in an effort to make up for their colossal ineptitude.

Analysts say the company is searching for assets to sell.
“Management is currently looking at the whole portfolio of assets
to determine if anything is not core to Boeing’s business,”
according to a 28 January report from RBC Capital Markets.

Oh Look, according to Boeing the 80 billion dollar loss
is now 36 billion, how special is managements math?

The company handed over just 348 commercial jets in 2024,
down from 528 in 2023. Boeing Commercial Airplanes’
(BCA) 2024 revenue came in at $22.9 billion, down 33% year on year.

Managers are top heavy in all companies. It seems they all forgot to lay of themselves.
