Class action lawsuit update

So I made a post a while ago about a class action lawsuit for them layoff Americans and offshoring jobs, turns out there can be a class action lawsuit for exactly that as it can have the basis of anti- American discrimination, and a breach of data: the caveat we need not only employees but also members with the insurance to be part of this. Key word, people need to actually fight for this. There is a lawyer up in NY who has had success with suing companies for offshoring due to discrimination and a few out in Cali who have sued and gotten former employees their jobs back if not a nice settlement and created job security for the current employees here in the states but again it was a employees as well as customers who were part of the lawsuit. So it can be done we just need to actually get everyone on board.

“good luck when looking for another job when the question is asked have you ever been involved with litigation with a past employer”

Unless you’re going for legal or high end ma Gagne y jobs you don’t be asked this and payout is guaranteed it be an increased severance or getting rehired with the contractual agreement you'll stay employed for about her 1-2 years without retaliation you just need a good lawyer for it

And good luck when looking for another job when the question is asked have you ever been involved with litigation with a past employer. Bye now. Payout which is not guaranteed not worth the forward risk

** do need to clarify the settlement wasn’t in the millions for the employees it was just about a years worth of salary pay or half a year depending on their position and how long they were with the company you still have to look for another job if you get a settlement but that’s why most took the offer to get rehired since it would ensure at least another 2 to 3 years of employment .
