Best talent I knew around me has already left

All that remain are the loyalists, Intel lifers, and folks who are busy with family/kids/house, etc working from home. Is this how this company will prosper?

They don’t need any talent. Just find an CEO to stay on the job for a few years. Find some reasons to kick him out and replace with a COO. Repeat until it breaks even and so on.
