I wonder if they have execs sitting in the lobby at 2pm watching employees leave before the official 5pm log off time? =)

Badge scanning has been implemented going back to 2024 calendar year. Managers will get access to reporting.
If you look at all the job posts, they reference onsite - "We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Santa Clara, CA office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave."
I would expect the leadership team would want the same for international employees, but the labor laws are different and cannot be enforced. This is how you lose valuable employees, but don't think they care because they will save on snacks and beverages! LOL
Does all the badge scanning start in the 3rd?
