Promotions will occur, some were pulled back because of budget concerns.

There will be merits and bonuses but many US employees will not get a merit increase because their salary is considered to be over market.

Your manager has to submit a promotion justification alongside eoy reviews. They get scrubbed along the way by their managers etc. Some make it through, some don't.

How do promotions get determined? Is it based off what your manager scores your overall performance?

Managers already know from comp module which promotions are approved (shows as yes). Details to be shared with comp statements, etc. end of feb.

no promotions no raises? you don't say? Company greed. CEO filling his pockets. So happy to be out of there, getting laid off was the best thing that happened to me. Of course losing a job su-ks, but knowing your worth, value and hard work you put in paid off with another company. Found a job that paid me more including a 12% bonus in March and got two raises since Feb 24. Have fun in that downward spiral.

Probably not till end of Feb. there’s very very few this round. They really went stingy with it and trying to pocket as much as they can to prepay their loans for the acquisitions and for exec bonuses
