Sorry but to the person who on this forum is spreading rumours and misinformation about a 5% reduction, I don’t know where you are getting your information from as no email or evidence has come out to confirm this.
This is really harmful and not nice in general. This forum is for the facts and real information.

What is disappointing is that the company does nothing with the results or feedback for the glint surveys.
The company has been really quiet with the DEI policy.
At this point the majority of my department feels like a number and that we won’t have jobs within 2 years
