When the VP’s and director’s kids are carried on in the background during meetings, kind of undermines them trying to enforce UHC/Optum “rules”.

There have actually been directors and managers significant others in the room with them and also in other calls listening to member health info. Talk about hippa violation.
Of course the rules don’t apply to top level management it’s only for those of us who actually have to work and make actual contact with the members and various providers/ facilities
If we all just sat at home checking the stock value and investing we too Wouodnt have to follow the rules.
