I’ve just about had it with this new leadership team. The way they handle Q&A sessions is downright pitiful—they dodge every question about pay raises, and bless Ryan’s heart, he can’t even give a straight answer without passing it off to someone else. Meanwhile, they’re piling on nonsense like time logging, R2, and GP2025, making life harder for already overworked teams. All they do is talk a big game while bringing in cheap contractors. And those promises? Matching salaries, promoting folks who deserve it, keeping daycare? Just empty words. It’s downright maddening and plain disrespectful.

I am certain a lot of good will come from the next survey. McKinsy is a joke. Ruining the company
To think there is another "anonymous" OHI survey from MacKinsey coming in the next week. They would like our feedback on the state of the "transformation". I am sure this will be well received and the business wants honesty. This is all so funny.
A previous poster said something about summer layoffs. The business is securing another 1500 desks in the Philippines for offshoring over the next two years. Word on the street is, lots will happen in March, May, June and July. If numbers are not hit, more to come in September for Q3 earnings. I heard the Heartland business was severely impacted a few weeks ago. Something about a twist list, offering new positions with TSYS call center or they can quit. No severance offered it they quit. Horible!
Very overworked.
I could tell a female wrote this. No man says "bless his heart." It sounds like the company is getting worse
Or how about the announcement of a headcount increase of 500-600 after the summer layoffs? And how many of those will be offshore?
This is all a sad game and we're the pawns to be used where needed to make the glorified company look good from quarter to quarter.
And yet I keep playing because I don't have a better option.
