So they named a new CHRO. Having worked with Andrea in the past she was quite desperate for the job. Now mind you, they last two CHROs were fired for being vocal about some of the ELTs indiscretions. So I can only imagine what she has agreed to overlook in order to get the job. Best of luck...

Such haters. Bashing an HR person because she took a promotion that seems to be nice to the employees when they ask her for help. You really need to do some soul searching to posts unfounded accusations about a person that has moved up the ladder and has actually has a pretty good reputation. Poster here needs to seek some therapy and join a gym to work out the frustrations
