Thread regarding Optum layoffs

USCIS has already contacted me.

I woke up this morning to a nice email from USCIS after reporting Optum on Thursday to USCIS for H1B fraud. I filled out this form.

https://www.uscis.gov/report-fraud/uscis-tip-form

Three people were on the email chain from USCIS. They were very eager to talk to me and we have a tentative meeting scheduled for Thursday morning. I encourage you to send a report yourself if you feel like you were targeted or RIFed by H1Bs.

IMPORTANT: I confirmed talking to them in good faith does not effect or nullify a severance agreement or payment. Optum receives government contracts they must follow immigration laws.

Here's what will happen: uscis will realize that wipro is the actual entity filing the h1bs. They will refer this to the dept of labor. DoL no longer has funding to investigate all this. DoJ doesnt care.
Womp womp.

Corporations like uhg face zero consequences for their actions.

Even if you were telling the truth (you’re not), you have to prove actual premeditated fraud (you can’t). You’re just trying to make people pay attention to you.

Many h1bs got laid off too. The jobs are going to India not H1B.

"such BS - you have not worked here for 2.5 years."

Right. How in the fu-k did you figure that out from an anonymous board?
