The announcement is coming. My friend is tax attorney at a Cargill philanthropy. He is busier than ever preparing the financial games to reduce the tax burden when his philanthropy's funds are suddenly liquid assets.

Cargill will never go Public. The Family just don’t have the ba--s to face WallStreet music either from Buy/Sell sides.
See the esop performance this past year? Its down 2.5 % what a joke.
Horrid place once the mask comes off you will
Find out
ADM chocolate acquisition was also a disaster.
Oldest fallacy in Cargill land. Heard it would go public for the last 20y.
Upside is it would have a low P/E ratio. Absolutely NOTHING to be excited about. Cargill does not innovate. Too cheap to make any meaningful acquisitions. The few made were failures or took a painfully long time to integrate . How’s that Degussa acquisition working out? LOL.
TERRIBLE COMPANY! RUN, GET OUT AS FAST AS YOU CAN!
Not worth buying. You get a bunch of overpaid useless leaders as part of a deal, 100s of them
they got rid of anyone decent
What's the point, who would buy the stock of they floated tomorrow?
Agree it is obviously sinking all people care is dodging layoffs while no results. I have no idea what people actually do! too much fat in this beast of an organization indeed and let’s see a management overhaul
Good riddance to an old beast. Let’s see the management treated as badly as they treated others
