Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

Going Public

The announcement is coming. My friend is tax attorney at a Cargill philanthropy. He is busier than ever preparing the financial games to reduce the tax burden when his philanthropy's funds are suddenly liquid assets.

Cargill will never go Public. The Family just don’t have the ba--s to face WallStreet music either from Buy/Sell sides.

Oldest fallacy in Cargill land. Heard it would go public for the last 20y.

Upside is it would have a low P/E ratio. Absolutely NOTHING to be excited about. Cargill does not innovate. Too cheap to make any meaningful acquisitions. The few made were failures or took a painfully long time to integrate . How’s that Degussa acquisition working out? LOL.
