The ethics line is useless anyhow. Your boss could beat the sn-t out of you and they will fire you for it somehow. They ALWAYS take management’s side. It is a joke!
This reaction is so overblown. We’ve seen plenty of internal elevations. You can’t go 100% internal if you believe in meritocratic appointments.
