2k cash bonus for Grade 11? Why so low? Any word on this year’s merit percentage?

Grade 11 bonus 5k. 3k stocks vesting 1/3 over 3 years. 2k cash.... Very pitiful bonus at this company
The bonus pool that I had was approximately 85% funded. Probably standard across the board with exception of C suite. You know they’ll get an atta boy
I plead with yall to keep looking for a new job. I know it is hard. I jumped ship from FD and I can tell you it is night and day. A company that cares about me. Bonuses that are real. It’s out there. Don’t let Fiserv drag you down.
What bonus? Haven't seen a bonus in 3 years.
The numbers don’t look good. We will all be dissatisfied and disappointed. The layoffs weren't enough so the rest came from the bonus pool.
