First his layoffs of thousands of great 20 year professionals from OFSV who worked from home, then his layoff of those refusing the shot during the pandemic and finally his approach to return to work coupled with surveillances tells you all you need to know. I sure hope the new CEO has better people skills. Speaking of people skills or lack thereof, I bet Gibbons will go next, next to Frank his people skill's are atrocious.

Frank is not taking the SSA Nomination - is he coming back to Fiserv to continue the life of Greed?
When a new CEO comes in, they usually are already trailing a "debris filed of loyal lackeys". If I was the folks in the C-Suite, I would be looking for a new job, most are probably going to get replaced or leave on their own.
The fact that no one from inside the C-Suite was even mentioned, let alone picked as the new CEO says a lot. Must be more than a few hurt feelings in the C-Suite.
Frank's tenure will be remembered for GREED at others expense.
Everything goes to him and cronies, meanwhile below pay scale, minimal raises even when manager knows you kick butt, and forget about inflation, and what can we take away so we can get more and give you less.
Yup, that sums it up.
Look at the last election. Those of us who value people skills and treating people with dignity are in the minority. The CEO as sociopath model didn’t start with this small meated man and sadly isn’t going anywhere. The false promise of a few cents in people’s bank accounts is always going to be the ONLY thing that matters. Get numb to it or play their game. Those are the options.
I hope Augustin goes too. He is really awful
