Constant layoffs for the next 3 years until Suriname comes online or JC & SR retire or we get bought.

It’s gonna be stressful working here always

Tuesday town hall - today we wanted to provide some insight on the exciting future of our company, some difficult decisions that were made, and more importantly to hear from you (MM feverishly taking notes). Your contributions are invaluable to our success, and we are committed to maintaining open communication channels (huh?) to ensure everyone feels heard and involved in shaping our future together. Wednesday…., more layoffs.

They have to give bonuses. Legacy Callon employees with Apache are guaranteed bonuses. So if they announce that there will be no bonuses, they won’t need to have layoffs, there will be a mass exodus!

With all the ‘leadership’ changes you can bet more layoffs are coming. They’ll prove their value to MM by reducing G&A. Making those ‘tough decisions’ to justify their salary.

Dreaded Apache Mondays. Where feeling demoralized is part of your daily job criteria, especially now. Update your resume and get out on your own terms. Everyone is in self-preservation mode and will not fight for you.
