Does it matter how bad walgreens is or not? Most of the people that work there will stay no matter what until they are let go and/or layed off.
Neal, please stop lecturing us on being respectful to people who are laid off. Your words and actions are opposite.
Old news (but we should be respectful of the 255 that were impacted). These are tied to the layoffs done last October. Walgreens files a WARN notice when they let these people know…and put them on 60 day administrative leave to comply with WARN.
So…this has nothing to do with any potential or future impact. Will they potentially do more or shift resources around? Sure…it’s called repositioning your business and all companies do it regularly.
