This place has gone down the toilet because of bad management.
The way to tackle loss of earnings is to cut expenses. Directors need to chop salaries 25% across the board and get on top of this. They need to handle their function better.

I’m trying to understand what this thread is about. If you have a problem with bed wetters in Montrose facility the obvious thing to do is issue everyone with plastic underpants.
If you have problems about hiding under the bed or bed wetting for example you can get help you just need to know who to call.
My advice to employees is get out from under your bed and grow a pair then get outside ffs. You work here so get used to ridicule.

Switch the lights off, lock the doors and make everyone’s day. Total shambles of a place with the worst management I’ve ever seen, none of them have any people skills. The shop floor boys will find work, but management have no chance. They couldn’t manage their tea.
