DNA has solid architecture but agree with the prior posters point the UX is a decade behind. The current development team has never had a clue how to build a robust UX too busy with heads up there a... Now there is no real leadership at Fiserv to invest in it (see GSB lawsuit). From what we can see Finxact is to be the head DNA the guts. Good luck with that.

Nasty product. Has to look and feel like not-like-sh-t before a customer should be asked to pay for it
I’m in the core space and (at least until I can find a new job) am one of those people actually trying to improve things. Please let me know what issues you are seeing or other less obvious problems to highlight.
