Leadership is key within any organization whether it is a professional football team or the largest bank. The culture and accountability is set by leaders. Focus on culture and results happen, focus on results and culture suffers and hence bad or mediocre results. The executive leadership has never understood this and has no adjustability to getting from point A to point B. The bank will continue to slug along just by sheer size but will never come close to its potential. We are the first round draft pick stuck in the minor leagues.
