It's interesting that they think this is "the darkest hour". Every single quarter it's the darkest hour.

It's going to keep getting worse with the people they put in management positions. From K level to execs.

As a company, how can you stay in business when you have not shown a profit for over 10 years?

This used to be a company that show profit every single year. I personally blame Jim McNerney and not replacing a 737 with a new aircraft. That was their big money maker and that was what paid the bills.

The decision to outsource most of the 787 to suppliers really cut the profit margin, but at least they do have a market for that airplane.

Incredibly difficult for the 737 to compete with airbus.
