My boss has made it clear that my role will be going to India. He is telling us to train them, give them documents, correct their emails, and teach them how to do anything.
No, I will not come in earlier to have meetings with them. I will be dragging my feet till I get out of this hole.
I am glad that I was not moved to Atleos back in 2023. I’ve had some friends who moved over who were already been Let go from their positions and have been unemployed for a while now not to say Voyix management. I don’t trust them either, but things are not going very well right now as it may seem

Always interesting when NCR Voyix/Atleos instructs workers to “assist” in training essentially their replacements overseas. Anyone engaged in this is knowingly cutting American jobs. The OP is taking a stand, like that.
I really hope this is not a surprise to you, I saw my role being outsourced 2 years before it happened. Work was being taken away from our group, we were doing less and less, anyone that thinks they were safe are delusional.
