Not everyone got a ranking of 2. I got a ranking of 1 so I was able to get the 1.5 multiplier.
No, no. All get 3 rating, not 2. And big bonus extra, company grow much good!
Why did I get paid 200% bonus? I have get used to this highly rewarding criminal enterprise. Nothing pays like crime. The cash is getting to uncomfortable levels.
The engineering teams are being retained for purely aesthetic reasons. Just image a whole company that is just extorting customers and doesn't have an engineering team. Just like the VMC team. You cut the entire engineering department and still run operations at exorbitant rates.
Bonus is a failing HR trick. First they ki-led the performance ranking. Then they ki-led the bonus program. The whole meritocracy idea is a farce. Finally Hock admitted that this whole meritocracy concept has outlived its usefulness. Since all metrics are only financial numbers, and the extorsion of customers is the only thing that is being measured, what are people being evaluated for? What percentage of the employee base is doing the extorsion? What are the criteria for others?
