Thread regarding Phillips 66 layoffs

United Way or on your way.

If you don’t want to be on the top of the layoff stack, you need to donate to United Way. The company is harping on this for a reason! Someone in HR has told me that they keep track of every employee that has and has not donated to them. Think it’s a coincidence that their “campaign” ends Friday and layoffs are supposed to happen the following week?

I had pledged to give but I cancelled my pledge today. I’m not going to help the company look good. The company can use some of the money they claim to be making with malformation.

Vaccine status is the next decision factor.

Is this post the last ditch effort to increase donations? It’s that bad this year?

Maybe just because it's been all hands on deck for plant issues, but haven't heard practically anything about United Way at Billings this year...

Better buy your gas from P66 stations or else!

You’re not wrong. I’ve heard this echoed from several other.
