Anyone else’s store run down going into the holidays? I feel like we haven’t done repairs in years and everything is broken.

Cincinnati store is nasty, bathrooms smell and you can see the cleaning is poor at best. The parking lot is a joke full of holes and gravel. The rest of the dead mall hasn’t been taken care of in years. Once was a beautiful place.
Every year at this time they claim to have "finally" got the air conditioner fixed. Well, they don't have to work as hard in cool weather. So they lie every year knowing most won't notice.
And, yes..... We have a rat problem..... Regardless what the gm claims.
When rat po-p rains down on you while pulling fudge off the shelf, your gm should fix it instead of retaliating against whistle blower.
Company let most of their maintenance managers go in an attempt to save money. The facilities department as a whole has been decimated and they abandoned a lot of their preventative maintenance programs. Getting worse and will take years to get everything back on track if they ever do.
No idea. I shop at Scheels, where it doesn't feel like a trip to a third world country. Cabelas merging with Bass Pros was the stupidest Americans have done to themselves since electing a feckless compulsive liar as President.
