Absolutely, quality over quantity is key when it comes to management. Effective leaders can inspire their teams, drive innovation, and create a positive work environment. On the other hand, having too many managers can lead to bureaucracy, inefficiency, and communication breakdowns. It's all about finding the right balance and ensuring that managers are skilled, experienced, and capable of leading their teams effectively.

Funny how I read on here that there aren’t enough career advancement opportunities at NOV, and then there’s a post saying there are too many supervisors and managers. So which is it? Lemme guess, there are too many bad managers and NOV isn’t promoting good ones like the poster here. Sound right? Sheesh.

The quality of management is generally more important than the quantity. Effective leadership can drive a company's success, foster innovation, and create a positive work environment. Too many managers can lead to bureaucracy, inefficiency, and communication breakdowns. It's crucial to have the right balance, ensuring that managers are skilled, experienced, and capable of leading their teams effectively.
