Does Porky warrant making in 2 days what typical engineer's base pay is per year? H@ll no. I guess the way he looks at it is, if I layoff 3 engineers a week, that equals my weekly pay. Fat just keep getting fatter.

Q has to move to AI and hopefully get into quantum computing to make it in the future. ARM has released the architecture for the AI chip so Q should be able to start running. A lot of people will need to be let go due to outdated skills . Q has been having strategic layoffs forever even Jacobs let go of whole departments when 3G came out. Too many entitled young people who know nothing about the business and want everything handed to them. Looks like Q needs to layoff a lot more entitled workers
