What teams specifically were cut in the Optum Health space and why? Heard about it at a high level but no specifics.

Does anyone have any idea if Landmark First will completely shut down ?
Preservice and SICC Navi / Home and Community Managers salary grade 27 and grade 28 had no idea it was going to happen. Laid off 1/23/25.
Landmark had massive RIF / lay offs
Navihealth now Home & Community — SCMs and several CTMs gone for both SICC and preservice side.
The entire HH team, supervisors, managers, CSOC for inbound, auth building, fax anything under HH for Navi was let go or given a chance to look for jobs within the company before 2/6 and 3/31. There were other teams and departments who have a few people cut but it’s across the entire organization for every department and there will be “ streamlining” with teams moving to different managers or supervisors until the end of may. If your team wasn’t effected than consider yourself lucky but Navi and Optum Rx had the most cut this round
Layoffs across many business lines. Entire Home Health program will end on 3/31. Poor leadership (VP, Senior level) ran it into the ground. OPTUM only beholden to their shareholders so look out if your business line not meeting expectations. They also have the gall to let many people go so that they don't have to pay bonus $ even though we all worked all of 2024. Cr-p company!
