Every employee laid off or not should become One, it’s anonymous and what is the company going to do when everyone is one? Hide behind their stocks and stutter while trying to make people believe their lies. The time is now.

I have gotten emails from India people denying coverage for members if there was a way to save the emails and block out the members information as well as the person sending me the emails I would take that and send it to news stations. Just because you don’t work in the department that communicated with the India team for denial and appeals doesn’t mean that cr-p isn’t happening
To the poster below, nobody is saying that the scenario that you are discussing is not an issue. However, all of these clinical roles (home health practitioners and the nurses from Landmark) that were all let go have zero to do with any of that. None of us have any knowledge that would actually pertain to PHI being sent overseas. We all got fired and that’s it. It su-ks, but there is nothing to whistleblow for. What exactly are you recommend we do? Make sh-t up?

Another country says it’s denied. I’m sure they don’t want someone from another country they can’t even speak with have access to thier social security numbers, phone numbers, home address and know private medical information. The fact y’all think this isn’t something to scream to the world is scary. This is a huge deal and betrayal of trust to have so many overseas know this very sensitive personal information without your consent.
You generally need to have useful information to be a whistleblower.

I think they are referring to offshoring jobs or other illegal access of offshore. Or replacing American with contractor who hires h1b.
If you are laid off, check jobs recently hiring for in India that match your job but have a different title. They only have to advertise the jobs for a couple days to show they tried to find an American. It's actually really disgusting and over 30 years I have watched basically a brown invasion in tech especially. Now its any job. The government could care less.
What exactly are we to whistleblow for? I’m as upset as the next person about losing a job, but nobody cares that they keep acquiring companies (Navihealth, Landmark) and then gutting them. Maybe other people know something I don’t though.
