Does anyone know if/when rewarding results will pay? Hoping to leave sooner rather than later but don’t want to leave money on the table.

Do you get RR if you’ve turned in notice?
Feb 28 pay if you get anything for bonus. March 14 for merit if there is one. Severance package March 20
End of February. But standard raise for a 3 rating this year is 1%. Bonus minimum for a 3 is 60% but only funded at 75%. You can earn more but funding allotted per department is pretty low.
End of Feb I heard
I got 4% raise last year and 10.5% bonus, so no, not a new hire. But if I do not get my bonus it goes back to the company rather than reallocating to the team.
Lmfao rewarding results oh baby are you a new hire? Your reward is a .5 to . 18 cent raise and NO bonus is if you’re a level 1- supervisor. If you’re a manager maybe expect a .50 cent raise unless you are a director or higher you do not get two penny’s to rub together.
