If they hope to keep people around with RSUs, they'll need to get quite a bit bigger. All the RLT who are getting hundreds of thousands in RSUs have a reason to stay. "Ooh, you'll lose out on 5k if you leave" is laughable though, which has been my experience with RSUs.

If there's any changes, I'm betting it will be expanding the RSU program. Provides additional incentive to stick around and locks up stock, artificially increasing demand for shares.
Of course, who knows, we make a lot of questionable decisions.
