I hate that people recently lost their jobs but let's be realistic, this should've happened years ago. The toxicity that some of them brought to the workplace was unbearable. There are many that remain who are disgusting examples of leaders and frankly have no business leading anyone. MM, SR, JC, JJ I'm talking to you. You are who I strive not to be.
Good news for the rest of you though! In this case the grass is greener on the other side! I've been gone for just over a year and now I no longer dread Sundays. Or any day for that matter.
Do yourself a favor. Ask yourself if the golden handcuffs are really worth years of your life? No one has bought this company for good reason and many have left due to toxicity. The future is bright with Apache in the rear view!
