Shout out to the company that decided to promote colleagues being able to buy stocks instead of get an education lol. Way to pull the rug from underneath the colleagues without empathy or even a notice. It was a disgusting move that has left all of us feeling undervalued. Lots of trust gone!
what an absolute joke, they made it abundantly clear its not to cut costs and save money but it couldn’t be more obvious. they’re not beating the broke allegations. myself and my colleagues were excited to get our bachelors too. what a shame

If RTO means “return to office” I’m not sure where you’re getting that from. They don’t have the room for everyone to come back 5 days a week so not sure that’s feasible.
