Why people who get paid 4 months and Not working ?? because off cyber attack on Feb , still here?? why they choose other that are been working , using theirs own personal laptop and meeting their goal and …does not make sense how they pick and choice people to get layoff? they should layoff people why get paid 4 MONTHS and Not working ????

The way this was written says a lot. I dont want to lose sight of the intent of the message as I know it was fueled by emotions, but target someone over the other is ridiculous. You cannot justify or desensitize the event with remarks like that.

Are you one of the offshore employees that’s replacing U.S workers? Because if so it’s going to be a sh-t show for the company and they’ll end up firing all offshore workers since you can’t even string together a sentence properly why the he-l would Americans want you to handle their medical data and why would any company hire y’all to handle personal information via IT? The system is failing and the top people have an endless hunger for more money but once this goes down they will fire all offshore workers and re hire U.S. based employees but at less pay and more responsibility. Trust me massive class action lawsuits are coming in the next few years for Witty and the UHG

Many times it’s a lottery which makes no sense. they pick people based off demographics, age, race, gender to fly under the radar and make it not look targeted. i was laid off while meeting and exceeding all my metrics while others who call out and don’t know their left from their right kept their jobs
