There’s no better time to leave than now, but here I am, frozen. I can't seem to make the move. Feels like I’ll just keep dragging myself through this, and it'll be on me when nothing changes.

Buck up, snowflake. You have taken responsibility for the situation as being your problem. This is actually a big step forward. Next phase will be for you to take action to improve your life. Remember, it is your life, don't expect any one else to care or step in to fix it for you. If it isn't important to you than that pretty much says it all.
The person admitted being frozen - I see that as fearful, not lazy.
There's fear of leaving; fear of looking for a new job; fear of joining a new team; etc.
Get started now. Start interviewing now. You'll quickly learn where you fit, where you need to expand, where you need to improve.
Also - aggressively seek new work/contributions/etc. internally. Grow...

You feel stuck because you've gotten used to the situation and are predisposed to being lazy. This one is fully on you. You need to do some soul searching re what you want to accomplish, or not, in this life
