Fossil lays off crucial personnel, dumps those employees responsibilities on those remaining, (Transform and Grow initiative) continues to offshore jobs to India, shuts down Swiss Time company, shuts down Polish Fossil and switches to distributor, institutes Return to Office policy. Now hoping remaining employees quit so they don’t have to pay severance. Perfect situation for an acquisition. Nah, couldn’t be true.

Pretending that Jeff is retiring when in reality if you check the SEC filings he was laid off.
