A few of us have gotten together to write to feds and local state reps about offshoring for those of you in MN I strongly suggest trying to see what you can do to since headquarters is there as well as a large base in TN
While offshoring isn’t illegal ( wild)
I recommend every one here to read thier employee contract and see if it states anywhere that your job can not be offshored which you can sue for and get with a pro bono attorney to see if you were fired for discrimination hidden under the guise off “ layoffs” of course if you don’t have the emotional time and energy then ignore this post but there is already two people from my team who have contacted employment lawyers and saved thier emails and screen shots and have a case maybe if enough of us sue the company they will change their ways
Don’t forget to send data you know if truthful to news stations and reporting websites and businesses that expose the corruption

Ireland is the new preferred location for job hiring and is replacing US workforce. Witty doesn't value the US workforce and will continue to reduce payroll by identifying adddditional offshore job hot beds.
Boy! If Trump found out that almost all of our data is handled by Offshore employees, and offshore had access to any information they wanted to get at you, if not immediately, or a very simple access request away, (that their manager who is also offshore would approve). The "Loophole" is that its in the cloud, but offshore accesses it through our VPN. Would be a REAL SHAME if the Trump admin found out!
FYI, this new administration does not support offshoring jobs. If Trump gets any news about what is taking place here, perhaps some positive change will come. I may be gone by then, but a bit of hope never hurt.

If you want to hit the nail on the head, I think it is to become a whistle-blower and disclose that all our PHI data has been shared with offshore, where we thought our data was protected in the USA, with the necessary safety protocols.
