Hooray the jcp tanforan stoe was horrible to work at next to dr-g addict BART station stealing bloodied me-h/herrion addicted the store was dirty /old THE THEN CEO MARK ROSEN lived 15 minutes away his wife would come in return her online purchases ($1000.00) & then complain no was available to give one on one service (personal shopper) we were lucky to have 1 person per floor / 1 cashier like macys jcp needs a total revamp from the top down. The faster they close stores the better. Just feel 4 the employees. No severance pay(sad)
