What new computer update?
Oh well I do the minimum and turn my teams status off (even though I heard they will start requiring it to be on and ask why it’s “off”) with the new computer update coming soon.
Half my day I don’t even work so oh well.
I would like to understand how they come to the decisions on who they choose. They have lost some great tenured staff while the company is still very top heavy!
I know of 3 teams impacted by a few but it feels like it’s a matter of time until more are…after OBC senior leadership was quoted saying “that’s just the way they do things” in reference to RIFs and UHG. How is anyone supposed to be confident that their work is meaningful and have psychological safety if that’s the dynamic you work under…senior leadership you’re part of the problem if you think this is acceptable!
