Former CHC employee who had the good fortune of landing a much better role in a non-greedy organization a few months ago. I feel for my former colleagues as I did when I left. It will not end.

Well, It’s my turn , after 14 years with Optum/ CHC , United healthcare my last day is 02/06/25. jobs are going to omega, wipro ….and these poeple have no idea how healthcare system in America work, because i trained them to how to do my job and still no clue, I’m not surprise why claims get denied and poeple get mad AnywY 400 people laid off. It’s painful after all these years you get a call for 5 min and you done .shame on you C

I am CHC and out Team Mtg boot had over 50 people on the call not including the others added. They eliminated A/R Anesthesia. I know obe coworker who gets to stay, lol, till April. Our jobs weren't eliminated....foreigners are getting our jobs.
Rest assured that is not an "Optum" issue. CHC leadership is mostly "in charge" since the acquisition so it's them who's laying off folks. Many Legacy Optum people got laid off today, including a whole department. Notwithstanding that team there are at least 12 people laid off across 2 of the EDI platforms.
Yup, I was CHC and let go today. I was the only one on my team.
Several legacy CHC product teams lost people today, people who have worked here for many years. Won’t be much longer before Optum gets rid of the rest of us legacy CHC folks. Very sad, good people were laid off while others who do next to nothing are still here.
I am a former CHC employee and got my notification this morning. I am aware of at least 7 other former CHC that were let go
