Who fills out the Functional Planner in your stores?
Are hours spent on it, it's such a waste of time and energy.
The hours spent could be used toward getting something actually productive done in the store like fittingroom, markdowns, picking the clothes up off the floor or putting out new goods.
Ism is a joke, our store looks like sh-t and it's not even fourth quarter yet!

Wow that second poster said it all. Im constantly be shuffled from one department to another WHY DO WE BOTHER FILLING IT OUT!! So much other work could be getting done. My store looks like cr-p because they took most of the merchandisers and put them on register. Can't get fitting room done half the time because we have no help when the lines are long. The customers want designer clothes they don't want Karen Scott. This Christmas is going to be horrible!!
No colleagues look at the posted functional they still call you and ask you where to go and what they are doing for the day. It takes hours to fill that thing out and type in goals, lunch breaks, tasks etc...
That is what this company is good at, making poor decisions
They are banking all their 4th quarter profits to come from Toys R Us. What kids play with toys anymore? And if TRU was so great why did it go bankrupt? Can't sell clothing because you got rid of all the designers in store and thought Charter Club and Karen Scott were going to save your apparel business.
Its laughable if it was not so sad
